Description
The Sales Manager supervises trains and develops all employees within their respective group and is responsible for the direction and timely resolution of their teams customer inquiries relating to multiple aspects of our business including pricing, part delivery, part performance, capabilities and supply chain.
The Sales Manager is also responsible for managing the groups customer requirements, defining processes and generating efficiencies in modeling for quotation and managing of supply chain programs. The role acts as a key liaison between our key people, customers, engineers and internal resource groups to ensure the successful growth of sales revenue, new programs and provide ongoing support of our long term strategy.
