WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are seeking a seasoned Process Engineer with a strong chemical engineering background to drive innovation and lead critical improvements across our manufacturing processes. This high-impact role reports directly to the Process Engineering Supervisor and plays a pivotal role in advancing our operational excellence and product quality.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and processes
- Design and development of new manufacturing processes and equipment
- Process optimization to enhance quality, improve efficiency, and reduce waste
- Initiate and maintain Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Project management
- Process characterization and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Optimize process - manage equipment & operating instructions, capturing best practices
- Support manufacturing by aiding in repair of technical equipment to minimize downtime
- Support OpEx and Ops with Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Collaborate with the Mfg Eng team on corrective actions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering, preferably in a high-tech or precision manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in process design, optimization, validation, and root cause analysis.
- Deep familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong communication skills and a sharp ability to work cross-functionally.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
